Freeview HD with Freeview Play

Stretch your viewing pleasure, with the Ambilight-equipped Philips 65PUS6754.

3-sided Ambilight for picture immersion
Ambilight technology is unique to Philips. It makes the screen appear much wider—and your viewing experience more immersive—by emitting an extra wide glow from three-sides of your TV screen onto the surrounding wall. Colour, vibrancy and excitement move beyond the screen and into your living room to bring you a viewing experience beyond the ordinary.

Pixel Precise Ultra HD and Micro Dimming for optimised picture
Unique picture processing sets the Philips apart from its rivals. Pixel Precise Ultra HD delivers smoother motion and life-like picture depth. Micro Dimming analyses the picture across thousands of zones and adjusts it accordingly. This maximises the contrast for life-like images and realism.

Get the best from HDR with HDR10+
For the highest quality picture, HDR10+ offers scene-by-scene HDR mastering for the truest, most accurate HDR picture technology to date. With HDR10+ each scene is optimised, meaning the maximum amount of detail is shown – even in the brightest or darkest moments. The 65PUS6754 also supports standard HDR10 and HLG formats. HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma HDR) is a broadcast and user generated standard format that is set to become the standard for transmitting 4K signals.

Dolby Vision for dramatic imaging
As well as supporting HDR10+, the 65PUS6754 is also compatible with Dolby Vision - a leading format in Hollywood and cinemas around the world. Dolby Vision also adjusts the picture to take full advantage of each display's characteristics and presents an optimized picture for each scene in specially mastered content.

Smarter TV from SAPHI
Packing the latest SAPHI smart system, powered by a Quad Core processor, this Philips 65” TV is a slick performer with Smart content, too. Connect up to your home network by Ethernet or Wi-Fi and enjoy access to a wide range of apps including favourites such as Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube the BBC iPlayer and more. A built-in web browser lets you browse and stream to your heart's content.

Crisp and detailed sound
Compatible with Dolby Atmos sound tracks, the 65PUS6754 has the potential to deliver spacious, enveloping sound. Clear Sound improves dialogue, making it easier to hear individual voices.

Freeview Play for catch-up TV
Freeview Play makes catch-up TV easy. Find programmes from BBC iPlayer, the ITV Hub, All4 and Demand 5 sitting alongside over 60TV Channels and up to 15 HD channels. Simply scroll back in your TV guide to watch shows you missed from the last 7 days. Just make sure your TV is connected to the internet and you're good to go.

Fully connected
Three HDMI sockets make it easy to connect a Blu-ray player, games console and TV set-top box. All sockets are HDMI 2.0 version with HDCP 2.2, making this TV compatible with UHD Blu-ray players and most 4K HDR streaming services. Other connections include twin USB sockets, featuring recording to a compatible USB device. Throw in an optical connection for a soundbar/base plus headphone sockets and you've everything you need from your new TV.

Looks a good deal to me. Holding out for OLED to come down in price.
What's the picture quality like on these? Looking to get one to use with sky q, fire tv stick 4k and regular ps4.

I have the 55inch version of this and I would avoid, it has problems with sky q, lots of screen juddering, opera effect, slow moving scenes produce this noticeable effect. Go for the 7000 series or higher if you can and the better processor sorted the problems out I think + they are on andriod instead of saphi which is much better.

I bought the 7 series and would also recommend avoiding this. Picture was not clear, colours washed out and TV randomly restarted. In the end I went up buying an OLED LG B9.

I have this exact tv and very impressed with it. I would not share the above comment but don't have sky q so can't say anything about that. Can't see how that would be different to any other input. The picture is fabulous when source content is high quality but you do need to set different picture profiles depending on what you're watching which is easy enough to do. It's a great tv & well specced for the price and I actually really like Saphi as it's so fast and responsive in my experience. The 7000 series has better processor but has been quite a bit more expensive.
I have the 70 inch version of this, good tv for Netflix and amazon prime but that’s all I use it for. Decent price
Bought as a filler till Oled gets cheaper
No issues with this as others have said. Had it for a good few weeks now using sky q and very good picture, sound Is pretty bad but can't complain overall, nice android os too
