I was given the non-bluetooth version with retractable cable years ago and was surprised about how punchy its sound was.
Does anyone know if this version of speaker is any good? I wouldn't expect the world for this price of course.

sound is subjective, so your perception isn't necessarily someone elses.
Basically if its metal casing rather than plastic i'd give it a go at this price, as the delivery is going to be better, but then thereafter its down to the music type you listen to & how well it is recorded versus distortion & delivery.

I'd contemplate this just for halloween sound effects / the munsters theme for kids walking up the path past all the decorations to the door.
Agree with sound being subjective. Can be like asking how long a piece of string is. But generally tin sounds. Overly base'y. I think most people would agree on? Thank you for the info. The metal aspect of it is good info.
