Good price for a reputable brand with Bluetooth and currently includes the dab addon unit for free worth £29.99, so all you need to buy is the aerial to get dab.

If I actually had a car, I'd jump all over this. DAB, Bluetooth and a reputable brand for £100? Bargain!

DAB coverage seems to be terrible in the car. I get a lot of signal dropping with my factory fitted DAB stereo.

be ok if link worked. I'd like to buy.

I have this in my car but it didnt last long , I would not buy another phillips one

Thanks OP, been looking for a DAB/Bluetooth stereo, but they'e usually a bit more expensive.

I see that the DAB add-on unit is included, but what else would I need to have this installed? I'm guessing I'd need an antenna, but not sure what else. I'm loathe to ask in Halfords, as I'm sure they sold me stuff I didn't need years ago when I bought a CD player from them and had it installed!

Should just need the ariel for 14.99, if you currently have the standard stereo then you may also need a facia adapter to make it fit depending on the car, cheapest place for that is eBay. Halfords seem to be cheap as any where else for the aerial though...

Thanks Paul, I'll have a look on eBay.

I had the same audio system last year fro halfords and for the same price. It was included with arial and enough wire with it. Also provided adaptor inside. No need to buy extra as they insist me to buy the adaptor. But i didn't buy it and was for £15. Adaptor works fine but lost saved station on next restart. I checked car's manual for audio diagram and also check philips adaptor diagram and found the problem with constant battery power wire need to change in adaptor pin. I just clip out the pin and insert it as per car's manual. Problem solved... Hope this will help others who dont want to spend extra on arial and adaptor.

No need to look it on ebay, check your audio system box first. It might come with dad magnetic arial and adaptor. Just replace pins as per your car manual if adaptor not works or station not saved on next restart of your car.

I got one of these this week. It's a really neat head unit for the price, Bluetooth phone connectivity, Bluetooth audio streaming, USB front and Rear, plus an SD slot behind the removable front.

I also got the free DAB convertor, bought an Autoleads aerial, was pretty easy to fit once I worked out which adapters I needed for the FM aerial and the connection to the existing car wiring, luckily it's for my Ford runaround so there's a decent amount of info,.

One small oddity is that it plays tracks on both my ipod and my SD card in random order, even though I have shuffle off, all the MP3 tagging is correct and even the filenames are numbered, they all play in the right order in other devices so it must be this unit...
