Listing says brand new sealed
Just read some reviews before buying myself. I owned the X1 and enjoyed them but these are a complete upgrade. Removeable pads included!

Can't believe I'm getting rated cold on this!
didnt see the removable ear pads as i read looking for that
Read the review dude, it doesn't say better but that they hold their own at less than a quarter of the price. The fidelio range have long been regarded as some of the best value gear out there and have won numerous awards from multiple tech sites.
I too am a Senny fan. My go to cans at the moment are the HD650. Thanks for the heat man.
I don't think so but they are brand new and the build quality is pretty stellar on the Fidelio range. Removeable pads and cable should mean you shouldn't encounter any problems with normal use for years to come.
No. The manufacturer's warranty is void as they are not a registered seller Just 28 days warranty. I got a pair anyway
I heard only good opinions about X2.
I have HD800 at the moment... ridicules headphones haha.
HOT
Whilst that may be the case with some manufacturers, with Philips you shouldn't invalidate the warranty.

Based on my experience with the X1 there probably won't be a date of manufacture on the box but there should be a serial number and if you e-mail their customer service team they can confirm when they were made. Being a fairly new headphone (released mid-late summer 2014 iirc?) I'd imagine a minimum of 8 or 9 months warranty on these is realistic, but quite possibly the full year
I'm just going by what thevendortild me
"
Hi, the item comes with a 28 day warranty from us only to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
The manufacturers warranty is void as we are not a registered seller.
"
what the vendor told me
How do you expire a deal using the android app? Can't seem to dind that option anywhere.
Nope, not received mine yet either nor has it been marked as dispatched, its been a week now. No replies to my message from the Seller either.
Seems a hit and miss, the previous listing where the seller was selling at £189.99 seems fine from the feedback. I'll continue to wait another week before reporting it to eBay...
Sounds sensible, I hope they do arrive
I've got the same delivery estimate on mine so we might still be OK. Fingers crossed for a suprise arrival tomorrow!
One member posted the following response they received from the seller alleging his account was hacked:

Looks like quite a few negs starting to appear on his feedback so might be worth filing a dispute if the estimated delivery date passes & you are getting the silent treatment.
Hi, could you confirm that you received yours from the same seller because apparently now he's claiming his Paypal account was hacked and items listed that he did not have. Seems very strange that he wouldn't contact buyers of stuff that he did not have, explain the problem and issue a refund. Although I know I'll get my money back in the end It annoys me that I have to wait so long!
My estimated delivery date range expired today but ebay still won't let me open a dispute as "they could still be on their way" I seriously doubt that looking at the stream of jegatives that are mounting up. I suspect cash flow problems of a business going under using ebay as a way to get a quick loan. Very disappointing! !
I phoned eBay today and they agreed a refund and sent the following message:
"eBay ruled in your favour in your dispute case about your purchase from amir amin, and a full refund of 149.99 GBP was sent to your PayPal account.
Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to be received in your account. eBay will then consider the dispute closed. If you have any questions, please go to the eBay Resolution Centre."
The case is also closed in the resolution centre
