Oh wow Ive always wondered how to clean my iron. I usually manged to clean it on the collar of my husbands white shirt !!!!!!!!!!

Is that on a cold sole plate or do you turn it on a high setting first?
Antibacterial wipes are also good..
Blackened irons can also be cleaned by rubbing a parametemol tablet on them! No idea how someone came up with that one but it works!

Great item, saved my iron when I left it on next to some bubble wrap which unsurprisingly melted onto it.

After using the stick it was as good as new!

Worth keeping in at this price. I think I paid £3 or £4 from Amazon - I had it in as another iron was leaving brown spots on clothing.

just rub a paracetamol whilst the iron is on (be careful) no need to buy a stick
