Steam control
With a continuous steam output of up to 50g/min, the GC4526/87 is able to effortlessly remove stubborn creases embedded deep within your clothes. In the meantime, a handy Auto Steam Control programme selects just the right amount of steam based on the temperature you've chosen, eliminating the extra hassle of finding the right steam setting.

Design
The design of the Philips Azur is practical and ergonomic with a 5-star, scratch-resistant plate, button groove and a pointed nose to reach into trickier areas, like around the buttons or between the pleats. In addition, it comes with a CordGuide that simply clicks onto your ironing board and guides the cable away for free and undisturbed ironing. For added peace of mind, this smart iron is also equipped with an automatic safety shut-off in case it's ever left unattended or tipped over.

Easy maintenance
The specially designed built-in calc container collects calc particles during ironing, while the self-clean process flushes calc out of the iron to maintain a consistently excellent ironing performance day after day.

Purchased, great deal thanks

It was same price two weeks ago on amazon. Nearly bought it but realized the steam shot button is UNDERNEATH the handle. You need small hands to not keep pressing it.

John Lewis offer a 2 year warranty

We have had 2 previous Philips Azur irons and thought they were great. We recently bought our third one and found the new design to be awful. Nowhere as good. Poor design. Doesn't feel as powerful, even though its meant to be more powerful. Returning and changing to another brand.
