Good deal these are £35 in Salisburys and were on special offer in Homebase for £27,

I bought this kettle from amazon for a little bit more than this a while ago.

Very good kettle and a great price.

Ooo an HD kettle!

I have this kettle and highly recommend it.

I know it's a little more expensive but if you're after saving on your energy consumption I'd recommend This. I have one and it's brill.

you're not actually saving any energy i.e.

'One cup indicator -enabling consumers to avoid boiling more water than needed, and therefore saving of up to 66% energy'

and where the heck do they get 66% energy from lol, absolute joke. Any kettle with a water level indicator will do the same trick. Besides I have this kettle and the 1 cup indicator is cack, it never fills my cup to the top. Apart from that the kettle is good, it boils water like all the other kettles i've had.

This is the best kettle I've had for some years, I would highly recommend even at full price

One cup indicator?
How about filling your mug up with cold water to the level you normally would when there's a tea bag in it and pouring that into the kettle.

I really do wish these companies would stop branding electrical items as 'energy efficient' or 'energy saving' compared to the same type of product being sold elsewhere, its so confusing to people who dont really understand how it all works

Great deal. I have this kettle and love it.
I paid £35 for mine last year.

Even though its just a kettle...voted hot, based on the fact that it is a good deal for this kettle.

Dont the met police use these to seal off parts of London when a demonstration turns a bit iffy?

Complain, and if that doesn't work, report them to Trading Standards. This is at least better than the other kettle here which goes on about 66% energy saving without even qualifying it.
