I know this is the same price at Amazon, but I would much rather buy from John Lewis and this came down in price this week to £79.99 and I grabbed one yesterday.

Showing that price in-store and online, and with a 2 year warranty and the price promise of a refund if it goes down in the sale it really is a no brainer.

The 1.2KG one is £129.99 I believe.

Correct, 2 years standard warranty for the Airfryer

The previous post a much much better deal than this IMO. Surprised it's not hotter!

I've got Amex card and my partner has O2 phone. Bought some other things (which were needed anyway) in Currys and the total was over £100. Got my £10 discount from O2 and £10 credit from Amex, so our Airfryer effectively cost us £59.99 I don't think we'll get it any cheaper any where unless there's a massive sale.

Just a word of caution, this cooks fries at 200 Celsius. Cancer inducing substances form when starchy foods are cooked at over 165 Celsius.

That is already established by research it is best.
But in this particular case, an deep fat fryer manual will carry the warning about cooking starchy foods above 165 Celsius.

That's me doomed then :-(

Have you a link to the peer approved scientific studys to show this? Or does this have about as much truth as the antivacination balls?

do you think they will get the XL version back in stock?
