I bought one of these about a month ago from Boots, i took it back on Philips helpline advice cos they told me that you can't buy replacement bulbs for it since 100w bulbs became obselete! Good price find though Ialaland but i would advise proceed with caution! You could be left with an unusable device once the bulb goes!

If you are looking for one of these types of lights have a look at the Naf naf LYS (also on Amazon), i have one of these and it is soooooo much better than the Phillips!

My Lumie uses a 60w candle ses lamp, which I have just found out will be banned as of Sep 1st 2011.

Still not worth the cash. The buttons play up and it does not always work so I have to set my mobile phone alarm as a back up.

If you want to be woken by light you can setup a normal bed side lamp with a timer.

Kinda misses the point if you read read the description right at the start. The gradual increase in light is the beneficial part.
