mine is producing juice almost every day from August - mostly carrot, so not the softest bits

i have this for the last 3 years...very good machine. i bought it for around £50 at that time. strong built and easy to clean.

Just got one from Llantrisant. Still marked on shelves as £79.99.

Can I have the barcode please!

Same in Tesco Seacroft Leeds,,,so this deal is national I think:) saw this machine a couple of days ago,,, few of them:)

Bought one of these a couple of weeks ago from Hughes, it's a good juicer.

3 carrots, 2 apples, half a beetroot, 2 Celery stalks, a hand full of spinach and an inch of ginger makes just over a pint of a fantastic and very healthy juice

Bought one from Amazon a week ago at £50!!

Maybe silly question but is it the distilled beetroot you use or the raw stuff straight from the shelves?
Watched "fat sick and nearly dead last night" and wanted to try this out?

We paid £60 for this. It's excellent.

Everything is raw, never used the cooked stuff. I found that Morrisons has the best raw beetroot.

Also, you must peel the beetroot and ginger. You can also peel the carrots but I just cut the ends and wash them.

looks a cracking deal, other half was wanting one a while back, might treat her at this price

To confirm, I just bought one from Llantrisant tesco. Marked up as just under 80 notes, it went through the till at £22.50.
Less the wife's 10% staff discount, of course.

When I got mine at Llantrisant a few staff members ran over to them when they found out how much they were. The woman at the self service till abandoned her post and legged it!

I form it into patties and dry it in the oven and feed it to 2 very grateful rabbits. Of course if you don't have any bunnies that might be the most useless tip you've ever had

I bought it from Amazon for 50, seems like good juicer, much better than few I got in Lidl (and always returned them)

However Amazon states that you can juice up to 2L at one go and at the end :

' it is advisable not to operate the juicer for more than 45 seconds at a time in order to help prevent smoking and burning. The manual does state that this juicer should juice only for 45 seconds at a time'

Are we supposed to get it done in 45 seconds? They also say not to press pusher too hard, so you should go slow, yet get it done in 45 seconds.

It is a great juicer in every aspect, sadly I paid more.

Very useful! Thanks
Also was reading that you can add to soups and sauces to thicken them up - I assume it depends on what's in the pulp though.

Based on those reviews I'd say No.

Just picked one up from Wrexham, there was one left - downstairs on an end to the left of the escalator. Shelf label said £22.50 but scanned at £55, check out lady checked the label then reduced price accordingly, thanks op

Just picked one up in Sunderland extra. Scanned at 22.50. Was the last one on the shelf. thanks op!

This machine gets rid of the good fibres in fruits and veg.

Based on those reviews I'd say No.

I went to my local Tescos and decided if there was one there I would take a risk that it wouldn't be faulty - none instore, problem solved ;-)
