Customer reviews
I recently brought a new TV from Philips and while the rest of it is fab, Ultra thin and light = appallingly thin sound!

Wanted something to improve the sound, not really to make it louder but give it some extra depth and feeling. Came across this and thought why not try. Having recently brought a £180 pioneer and being less than impressed it was worth a punt for £60.

Overall: sound depth and quality is much improved. Bass is very reasonable for a unit without a external subwoofer, clarity is above average and does help lift the sound quality dramatically.

Only pitfall I would say is the soundbar doesn't do hugely loud so something to keep in mind, shall we say it does loud but not uncomfortable. Also surround mode......meh! Just echo.

Keep in mind it's under £60 and I think you would be very happy, I would have happily paid more for the quality it does bring. Happy days! Oh and it matches the tv which for someone like me who likes that can't be bad

This piece of kit I have purchases from the Amazon Lightning Deals for just under £40 and at that price I cannot complain.

That being said you HAVE to buy an optical cable to go with the sound bar coming in at around £45..
Comparing this to the next step up at around £100, then you can notice the difference certainly..

The next step up will most definitely have better bass and better surround sound..

If you are looking for a budget sound bar which is better than your standard tv sound then this is for you..

Do not bother with surround sound as it is no good on this piece of kit. It sounds like the speaker is at the bottom of a toaster / fish tank.

Good for films, yet to try with music.

For £40 I would buy again, full price I probably wouldn't bother. I would be more tempted to pay that little bit extra and get something nicer.

Almost bought but there's no bluetooth so pointless for me. Would prefer pay few pounds more for bluetooth. Still great price.
