If someone can point me to a better deal it would be much appreciated as I need another 6
It was 3 4 2 a few days ago so 3 bulbs for £85 ish . So I’m guessing you are going to be getting a lot of code votes

Where was this do you have a link for me please?
Philips GU10 bulbs are rarely discounted as much as their other Hue products. I managed to get 2 of the white ambiance bulbs for £30 last year but not seen many offers since.

Be aware that the colour bulbs are larger than standard GU10 bulbs so may stick out if your light fittings.
Nearly for £40 for a bulb is someone taking the mick or am I missing something?

Ouch.
You'd be better of with a simple z wave dimmer (one with trailing edge dimming for leds) such as the qubino modules and pairing it with any z wave interface (home assistant on a raspberry pi being cheapest, smart things, homeseer, vera, fibaro etc etc).I
That way £35-40 would cover the module and you could have around 10 gu10 bulbs off of that one module.

Then buy whatever gu10 bulbs you like. Granted you have to wire the modules in rather than change the bulb... But a hell of a lot cheaper overall and gives near infinite options over bulb types should you wish to change the light fittings at a later date to something else.

So everyone voting cold but no one can post me a better deal today 🤔
Good price for these bulbs at the current time.
Not that it really helps as assume you want them compatible with the hue system etc, but I bought 3 milights GU10 colour bulbs plus remote control off gearbest for £38 total (£10 a bulb and £8 for the remote)... The only thing I'm missing is home automation but they do the job and look like hue bulbs
Great deal for these..... Cold votes from those that haven't tried Hue.

You can get it cheaper, but there's more up front cost and a bit of work involved.

Buy the 3 x GU10 Colour, Hub and Dimmer starter pack from Maplin and get a Free Google Home (£129 version).

maplin.co.uk/p/p…9yc

Sell the Google home on E-Bay or Gumtree, these are getting £90-£100 currently so deduct £10 for fees, say £80 after fees.

Sell the spare hub and Dimmer for £25 and £15 respectively, less fees of £4 so £36.

Cost up front £169 deduct £116 (after fees) from sales, so cost of three GU10 bulbs is £53 or £17.67 per bulb.

Obviously if you can sell on Gumtree or AVForums there's no fees so you'll save even more.

Also as an afterthought....

If you don't specifically need the colour ones for every situation the Ikea Tradfri GU10s work with Hue.

My local John Lewis has the GU10 starter back for £120 so whilst the same cost the hub sells for £30+
Amazon deal just finished like 3 days ago it was on for a month 3 4 2 on all Philips hue bulbs I think a.o had the same deal as well. These deals come around all the time so if you can hold out wait .

Did you miss the 3 for 2 on Amazon?
I've given you some sympathy heat. Mainly as a recent hue convert

It would be cheaper, but it still wouldn't give you colour options.

I've held off on buying any of these because the GU10 bulbs haven't been updated to richer colors/gen 3 so they are not great at producing blues and greens, from what I gather.

That could be another reason to wait as well as the price.

Are you certain the 3 for 2 was on all of the bulbs?

I looked and didn't see the GU10's there.
Wb- I know it was certainly on the bayonet and the screw in bulbs. As that's how I got all mine. Got a mixture for the house and sold the rest on. Didn't really look at the gu ones though. Also keep looking at Amazon warehouse, and also maybe try light in the box as they have had recent hue offers on. Bt shop too.
