Presumably just because they've announced a new version and they're trying to clear stock?

What have they announced? Haven’t been able to find anything after a quick google.
I currently have these and this is a great price.

All I could find after a very brief google search was that there will be an XL version of this

Yeah that looks like what was being referred to. Cheers! They look decent but the naming to me suggests these will be adding to the existing outdoor range rather than replacing the current ones. Either way, I can’t see them being anywhere close to this deal.
These are great lights I have 13 and counting. This is a good price but beaten by the Amazon Black Friday deal of £209.99 which had an extra bulb. The XL version is a brighter, non-colour version designed to compliment these lights not superseded them
Philips hue is expensive but it’s worth it. Have some heat from me
Now down to £181.45, that’s 34% off RRP and the cheapest price ever for three of these. Haters gonna hate(excited)
A lot of the new Hue products seem like a way to build in obsolescence where it doesn't need to be, for the sake of pushing extra money to Philips.

You don't replace your car every time a headlamp blows, to why not get some GU10 garden spikes plus Hue (or any other) bulbs...?
