Been looking for these lights for some time and £30 cheaper than anywhere i have seen. Also have the Gu10 and e27 types at same price. Can go through quidco as well to get a little more off. First time posting hope this helps someone out

Suspect these'll be £99 on Amazon in their black Friday deal.

Looks like it's not the new Richer Colours version

Wont be the richer colours but still a good price compared to other stockists.

Problem is these are out of stock on Amazon uk - buts let's hope so

I almost did this Very deal just now, but found I had to pay about a fiver for delivery, with no obvious way to get these for free store collection. So I'm also holding my breath for a good Amazon or Argos Black Friday deal! Or possibly even John Lewis, if they partake in Black Friday?
Given some heat because it's still the best UK price at the mo for the 3 colour bulb starter kit.

I got a set (not the richer colours as they weren't out then) in July when Amazon had them for just £99, almost a must for Black Friday.

What's happened to their affordable "white" bulbs? Set up a bridge and a couple of bulbs last night to work with my echo dot and now can't find anywhere with the £15 bulbs in stock, it's all the £25 jobbies

I got the same, where'd you sell the bridge?

£40 each from a third party seller. I checked almost everywhere yesterday, even Argos(!) list it but have no stock.

I wonder whether there's a major updated product line about to hit. Seems a daft time to do it though...

maybe they're just getting more popular and the shortage is just down to supply and demand.

They've just had a major launch of new bulbs and light fittings.

Philips have been looking to sell off the LED lighting side of the business since 2014. The bulbs are expensive to make and I believe they're struggling to make a profit. There has been an influx of inferior products to the market which have stolen their idea and basically undercut them.

Fair enough looks like they're very low stock/no stock generally.

With no cheap product at the bottom end? Bummer

Richer colours on the E27 & B22 lights, new sensor, recessed G10 spot light, new BR30 bulb and then a few new ceiling and lamps... Fairly major update to the Philips Hue lineup I'd say.

How do we know what to look out for for the newer richer colour to the old set ? Is it marked on boxes?

Top right corner of the box says "Richer Colours" with a picture of a bulb. You can just about see it on brain-images.cdn.dixons.com/9/7…jpg
