Philips Hue White and Colour Ambience Single E27 Bulb - Used Like New £23.51 @ Amazon Warehouse (20% off)

This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

These are the non BT bulbs that require the Hue hub to work (part from turning on and off at the switch obviously...)

Warehouse price is £29.39 and then with the additional 20% off it brings the price down to £23.51 at the checkout (no code etc)

I also noticed the 20% offer is being applied to some of the warehouse deals for Hue filament bulbs so worth having a look at those as well.

They appear to be stock clearing as they allowed me to add 10 bulbs to a single order.

Thanks alot, have had my eye on this for a while but I couldn't bring myself to spend £30 on a light bulb
How much better are these than say the tcp smart bulbs argos sells for £12.99 I'm tempted to try smart bulbs out, but am not sure which brand to go for.

Hot! Didn’t think I needed more Hue light bulbs. But can’t say no at that price!! Thanks OP.
Heat, Was waiting to pick up one for sub £25
I've not gone for a warehouse deal before, what does "used" mean - someone has returned it or is it actually used?

They usually have a description next to them explaining the condition.

I've had a few hue bulbs delivered from amazon warehouse this week, all were various condition.

used - like new is usually just that, I suspect they are just clearing stock. I've had a couple with damaged packaging (a little hole in box or dint) again it usually says in the description exactly what the issue is, another one I received was in slightly different packaging, I think that might have come from Europe.

Amazon used like new will be absolutely fine.
Hot!, needed a couple more bulbs
Just be warned half the time u receive a non HUE bulb from warehouse, where they haven't checked the returns.

I don't think the risk anywhere near 50%, but as I've order 2 I'll let you know if one of them is non-Hue

I think in this case there's no risk at all as the majority of them are going to be unopened as they appear to be clearing stock of the non BT bulbs, much like everywhere else.

In that case, worth a punt! Thanks, Hot!
Do these typically come boxed? Reason I ask is could it be gifted to someone or does it look used / 2nd hand?

They're "like new" so they should be just that
Is there much difference between this and the newer model?

No...

You just have Bluetooth in the new model which means you do not require the bridge at home

Once you invest in Hue you'll want a hub to make use of all the features, starter kits are a cheap way to get hubs if you're just starting out.

Just as jelly fox has said..

Worth getting a hub so much you can do.

My lights turn on when I drive up to my house that's the best thing I like.

Also you can set them to turn off at any time you want so so many options..

Yet to try thr sunrise and sunset options as I don't have the ambiance ones

Ordered HUE bulbs 3 times from warehouse & it's happened to me twice so more like 2/3 of the time, maybe I'm just unlucky. Amazon gave me a refund each time but still arse ache having to send them back & wait for refund. I don't bother with warehouse now.

Unlucky, if I can get something from warehouse I will and I've yet to have an issue, my bulbs arrive tomorrow so I'll soon find out, however on this occasion amazon appear to be clearing stock so I'm expecting them to be brand new and unopened.

To confirm, bulbs arrived and both are genuine Hue bulbs, one of the boxes had been previously opened (carefully) and one hadn't, packaging was undamaged and both bulbs in new condition. I guess you were just unlucky.
