Is it possible to get the Hue lights to go on for set period of time? For example in a hallway, motion detected lights go on for 5 minutes, if no further motion detected then lights go off?

Yes. You can set the limit you want the light to stay on for.

In the hallway I just use the sunset to sunrise feature where you tell Hue your location and it turns the lights on at sunset and off at sunrise.

For the living room I use the home location feature where it turns the lights on automatically (when it's dark) when I pull up on the drive.

In the bathrooms and toilet I use the motion detecters to turn lights on automatically and off after 2 minutes of no motion.

I haven't used a switch in months. I've also got them all linked to my Google home so all voice activated too to change brightness level and what not.

Thanks, I bought the Dlink sensor when it was on offer here hoping that would work - will have to lookout for a Hue one and punt the Dlink on ebay!
OP bought them all before posting the deal
How ironic
