Not sure if this is suitable for the Diall Worklight mentioned here hotukdeals.com/dea…848 as it's rated at 400W (or 120W for the cheaper version), but a great price for an Philips LED bulb.

Most R7s are 300w, this compares to 60w before anyone thinks it is any good for outdoor use. I did look into it then replaced mine with a 2000lm LED floodlight instead.

Thanks, I'll keep looking then! I did ask on the Diall Worklight thread mentioned in the Deal post but nobody's replied.

You will struggle to get anything near the brightness you had hence me suggesting swapping the entire thing for an LED one, I went down the same path. All the promised lumens on the ebay crap is basically lies, at least the big brands do the industry standard lumens test

I bought the Philips bulb in this Deal post, but not sure it will be suitable, not picked up the Diall Worklight yet. That bulb will do for now.

On the Diall thread, thetarget picked up brighter Diall branded (B&Q brand) LEDs, might get those as well.

Have you had a chance to try out this Philips Cool White bulb in the Diall worklight? I haven't tried out any of the Diall bits I bought. On my list of things to do....setting up the new TV takes precedence.

No, boyf has the Philips LED but I had to collect the B&Q (Diall) Worklight in Glasgow, so he's either going to pick it up, I'll drop it off or I'll post it to him! (90+ miles apart)

Amazon Warehouse has had some high-wattage halogen R7S bulbs lately.

All that added hassle over a worklight and a bulb At least you may get to see each other, unless you post it. I got the 2250 lumen and the 8850 lumen Diall halogen bulbs from Screwfix. Three bulbs to test in the worklight.

Did you get your ZTE Axon 7 in the end? I think you were experiencing a big delivery delay from Gearbest or a similar place. Would be good if they did a firmware update on the Elite. Mine still seems to function okay. I have not encountered anything i want to do but cannot do with it.

I'm going to collect a few cheapo higher wattage Halogen R7S-es for him when they come up on Warehouse again.

Very happy with the Axon 7 Sis doesn't moan about her Elite, though I have seen a few say it can randomly reboot/be a bit buggy.

Surprised there isn't much xda ROM activity going on for the Elite/Pro, shame. forum.xda-developers.com/zte…ral

Quite a few are (rightly) angry that ZTE didn't deliver the promised updates they said they would, for the Axon Elite forum.xda-developers.com/zte…659

Hopefully they've learnt their lesson for the future.
