I suspect Amazon put them along with the new ones on a flash sale for 20 minutes then pulled them.

Does this work with the hue bridge 2

Does this work with the hue bridge 2

Yes, I set mine up last night. It was done by looking at the 6 digit serial number on the Aura device and then searching for the light using the serial number in the app.

It appears in your system as a 'Hue Aura' and even has the correct looking icon for the light shape. One downside is the original remote no longer works, and I am yet to find a way round that, but not looked into it properly as yet.

Big shame I missed these at £25, would have go more for sure at this price!

Thanks! Shame about the remote it would have been nice if it would still work or could be used as a generic hue switch.

With the original hue bridge you could pair the lamps with the remotes as well as the bridge, so it is worth looking into with the newer bridge.

Missed the last deal and missed this one and the original mood lights are now 30+ great deal for those who got it!

I tried to set it up like you've done but it can't find the light via the app. Something does happen as the remote stopped working but the aura doesn't appear at all so the light is stuck on one colour.

Is there any way around this or should I just stick to using the remote? Wanted to set a routine for it. (hue newbie here!!)
