Not really, it's enough for listenable music in a small room.
Might be ok for £45.

use this £5 off £50 voucher - valid until Sunday:…pdf
2w...really?, they had a 100w rms sony with a ipod dock for £77 last week at asda now that was tempting.
Great little system. The £5 voucher works. Bargain.
Product Code: 2928673:whistling:
listening to one now great little system and louder than you might think bargain at this price
I got this before, it broke down within 2 weeks, I returned the item and got a refund. Rubbish item!
Perfect! Ours died this morning, so this will replace it.

Been playing for a few hours now. It's certainly not worth what Argos wants at £89! Looks and feels very cheap. In fact, even the Philips logo on the front on our purchase is put on wonky! As one other poster said, the buttons on the front are unreadable, but the remote control is fine.

DAB is excellent in our area - even more amazing thanks to a good permanently wired aerial lead (note - you can't plug in an external one).

The overall sound quality is very tinny with no bass, but adequate for the money.
Bought one at the Asda at the Jewel in Edinburgh this afternoon. Lots of stock there. Seems decent for £50
