Refills £3.42 at tescodirect link below (cant post it here for some reason?)

I'm not saying I would buy one, ( I wouldn't, there's no pop-up trimmer and the charge is poor) as i've already posted a different shaver on here today, the purpose of this post is simply to say if you are looking to buy one of these this is the cheapest way to buy it. and not the £69.99 rrp of currys comet or argos etc. Put it this way I'd be happy to receive it as a present at this price, but wouldn't go out and buy it!

cold as Makro has got a higher model hs8060 for £35 odd without voucher or anything.

If you can find a cheaper price post it, with a link!

The hs8060 is £128.99 on amazon and £143.89 on tesco direct! and you reckon it's "£35 odd without voucher or anything"

You might not need a voucher or anything as you put it, however "READ THE ABOVE" from their site!

If 8-hour shaving just for 30 minutes charge would be fine.

I do agree, why does it take so long to charge to last such a small time.

Because Philips like to sting you with big differences in price on each model as they increase in specification! :-(

i brought one of these from amazon round xmas for about £30

the gel is good, helps when changing from wet to electric

though cheapest i have found a refil is from tesco for about £8 (so i dont bother with the gel any more)

Great price.
I have the 8060 (£71 Amazon), this is a great shave.

I would think it is, but it DOES have the trimmer so is in another league!

Don't know about delivery but at my local store you can pick up TescoDirect goods from the superstore and not pay delivery.

Alternatively pop the lid on the one you got and fill it with a cheap alternative........
