Yes but it's a portable, battery driven tiny speaker.

Built-in mic for hands-free calling. What a bargain at this final price!

There are similar ones that have 3.5w output , these are too weak for me

I'm interested in buying one of these speakers but want to understand how loud the 2w speaker output is. Just so I have something to compare it to, can anyone tell me what the speaker output wattage for an iPhone 4 is? Thanks!

Ordered one, for £9 and a brand like phillips it's worth a punt!

how does it compare with jamjar ?

ordered thanks been looking for a cheapish but decent one for son to use with his phone.

Bought thanks op.

Do I need a £9 Phillips portable Bluetooth speaker... no, have I ordered one.. yes. Cheers OP, heat added.

Great find. I was going to buy a similar one from Aldi tomorrow.

Looks interesting but reviews on Amazon say that they're lacking in bass.

Sound, listening to stuff!!

I saw these in Asda for £10 yesterday. Not sure how good they are. They were very small.

Thanks OP, ordered

Great for kids to use thought without being too loud!

How does this compare to the X-Mini 2?

http://www.blessthisstuff.com/imagens/stuff/x-mini-2-capsule-speaker.jpg

*Edit - the X-mini has 2.5 watts of power. So for me at least, this Philips speaker isn't an upgrade. It does look nice though, and a good price.
