I bought this shaver from Argos and it says

"Additional Information

Does it mean that i cant return it even if it is UNOPENED (Didn't even touch the seal)?
Yes. That doesn't mean you can't ask them nicely and hope. You could always ebay it if you don't want it.
Bought this last week in the Black Friday sale for £48 ish. Actually bought the day before for £59 but luckily managed to cancel when I saw it was coming up in the sale.

Only used it twice, but must say I'm pretty disappointed so far. I'll give it a few more weeks, as I know they're supposed to 'bed in' or so, but not a very close (or quick) shave so far. I also use my shaver for my head (Kojak style) and its still a pretty rough finish with this Philips compared to the billiard ball smooth finish I get with my Panny or Braun shavers.
