Hmm not sure, might be worth a bash if you want your hair short

I take it you got that far and the battery died, that's what always happened to me in the past with rechargables.

Alopacia

Arent they a bit like a small llama? oops no they are alpacas.
I think you mean alopecia, if thats they face I have voluntary alopecia, clip it down to the wood with mains clippers.

On a serious note has anyone tried these as I like it as short as is possible with trimmers but wired are awkward so how easy to use are these and how close do the actually get?

I never new these exsisted. My other half cuts his own hair with normal wired clippers but i enjoy laughing at him far too much so im not buying these as it would make it far too easy for him!!

Great deal but out of stock :-(

I bought these from Argos at £25 and am extremely happy with them. They are very easy to use and can cut the hair to a length of between 3mm and 22mm. No clogging or snagging of the hair either. I was able to use different guards to blend the hair from being longer on top to gradually going to very short at the neck and ears. The swivel head is as good as they say and my finished cut looked like the work of a pro!

Recommneded!

Bought these myself from my local Argos not two days ago and was pleased that they went through the till at the lower price. Be aware that some Argos stores - mine for example - are still advertising them at £23.95 despite them being on their system at the lower price. Haven't tried them yet, though - the missus bought them for me as a Christmas present so I'll have to put up with long hair until then...

i always get my brother to clip my hair, but i tried doing it myself and could not do the sides and back good enough, is there a nack to it.

It just takes a bit of practice i do mine all the time with normal clippers.

Just to let people know, argos online said my local store was out of stock of these but i went in and they really had 2 in stock on their instore system so i got some

I am a bit dubious about them as most others ive had were titanium not just stainless steel so not sure how long they'll last

Might have to buy a set of these coz they'll save me at least £300 a year - my hair grows at a rate of knots (pardon the pun) and I like the look of 'em:)
Thanks to the OP.

Thanks look good

Any set of clippers do for me. I don't use any of the attachments, grade 0 all over, within a week its up to a grade 1 anyway. :-D

Ordered and heat added. Cheers.

Hope that Amazon will join Quidco some day!!!

I looked at this last night - good deal.

Decided to reserve for pick up at lunchtime - now backup to £23.99 on the website (were definately £19.99 last night). :-(

I guess I'll try Amazon now.

Deffo up to £23.99 now.
Marked as expired.

Good deal ordered set of amazon

I reserved them, but i'll not bother picking them up now.
Thanks for the heads up.
