I didn't know what the £5 promotional discount was either, but Jakirrr & Jellybear have the answer. When you click the page link you will see a £5 discount button on the page which you can redeem at checkout - Thanks guys

Get a refreshing, close yet gentle shave with the Philips AquaTouch. If you enjoy the comfort of a wet shave, with the convenience of a quick dry shave, then wet and dry AquaTouch is perfect for you.

AquaTouch offers 10x more protection than a regular blade, while still giving you the closeness of a refreshing wet shave. It has a MultiPrecision blade system with rounded profile heads that glide over the contours of your face, designed to protect your skin. Using Super Lift & Cut action, the blades lift the hairs before cutting them, even the shortest stubble. The shaver heads flex in 5 directions, hugging the contours of your face and neck, delivering a close, comfortable shave, reducing the need to go over the same area again and again - resulting in less irritation with no nicks, grazes or "razor burn".

The shaver head is designed to be clicked on and off, so you can switch it to the precision trimmer attachment, ideal for trimming moustaches and side burns. Both the shaver and trimmer attachment are fully washable, so it's easy to keep in perfect condition.

The shaver is fully charged in just one hour, giving you 45 minutes of shaving time, that's about 15 shaves. And if you ever find yourself out of charge, there's a quick charge facility, where a 5 minute charge will give you enough power for a morning shave.

Hmmm - 69 reviews on Amazon - 48 of whom got the product free in return for a review. So don't rely too much on the reivews......
I have the much fancier version of this and to be honest it just doesn't give as close a shave as my previous Mach 3 wet shave. It is convenient but I am always left feeling that it is a bit useless but am too lazy to go back to wet shaving.
great find, tempted by this as I am looking for a new Philips shaver, just waiting a bit to see if anyone on here recommends it
couldn't wait, just ordered! knowing my luck stock would run out before the offer ends, besides, be it great or not so great, its got to give a better smoother shave than my old dying philips coolshave.. thanks oukturkey, just what I needed

yeah i want to see someone on here recommend it before i bite.

i have an old siilar philips shaver which is almost dead to replace, it looks the same but different colour scheme.
Not amazingly impressed with the last phillips aqua touch I had. Lasted about 5 months before it stopped cutting (motor runs, makes cutting noises, facial hair/stubble not noticeably affected).
I bought this is a lightening deal and its the best rotary shaver I've had. These things usually only last about two years before they become blunt and the heads are expensive to replace. I usually look for one in the January sales for about £50.

I paid £65 for this and I'm pleased with it. The heads are quite big and easy to clean under the tap.

The other attachment can be used for hairy moles and other areas if they need it.

Only takes half an hour to charge too, which is good at this price point

What do you do with the trimmer? Is it strong enough to trim beard/hair? If so, this could be a real winner.
I liked the look of this but the reviews on amazon are pretty bad if you want a close shave.

Well yes I've done my pits but wouldn't recommend using it for a beard as you need the variable height plastic clippers to ensure a even height of cut.
