oh no jon no jon no andy is correct £35 - you maybe getting mxed up witha post i had up earlier - soooooooooooooooo very alike this but I hadnt realised it was a dupe from 3 weeks ago

some really good deals on coffee makers at the mo

im not mixing it up with anything, it says £39 but when you click on it the page loads as £35. not my fault tesco's website is crap.

They must be updating the pricing, says £35 for me.

What's the difference between the two? Is it just water capacity?

There are some in Amazons black Friday deals tomorrow I believe

Looks a good buy heat added

Yes the red machine has already been posted but has reduced further from £39 to £35, as I has it in my Tesco basket. I want to get one for a Xmas present, anyone know the difference between these two machines.? Which is the best one to go for?

New to coffee makers, possible silly question. Does this only make black coffee or does it make white, or do you just pop a bit of milk in the cup before you start?

Ordered anyway. £35 paid.
Cyberdeals page lists it as £35 too

Apart from water capacity other differences would be that the red one has adjustable spout and drip tray. Also black one shut-downs after 60 minutes, red one - 30 minutes. Everything else seems to be the same: brewing time, power consumption. So basically design and adjustability.

I'm tempted by black one. But wonder if it can make a full size mug of coffee with one CeffeeDuck load.

Just got the smaller black HD7814/60 for £13 (using 12quid of my clubcard vouchers - so only 1 quid on the Visa).
Well happy.
For those of you who own one, which of the Coffeeducks fit this unit.
The one in the amazon link above is listed as compatible with "HD7810, HD7811 and HD7812"
This is the same as listed the main Coffeeduck web site. Coffeeduck Classic website link
Obviously none of these is the HD7814, so will this Coffeeduck definately fit??

Cracking deal BTW - Hot (hopefully like the coffee)

Thanks will get them to ring.

Can anyone confirm which coffeeduck fits in the 7814 model?

I have the 7825 model and my coffeeduck doesn't fit, my parents bought the machine based on being able to make the same coffee as us with a coffeeduck!

Same question as mine above
There are two type of coffeeduck for the Senseo range it seems
This is "may" fit the 7814??
This is the one for the New Gen Senseo's New Gen Senseo Coffeeduck
I think you have the latter for your New Gen senseo?? - but need the former for the 7814
I am hoping the former will fit the 7814, but it only lists the 7810 and 7812 in the details on the web page

Just need my assumptions clarified before I buy one of the "Classic" range Coffeeduck's

All I know is the actual pod bit of the coffeduck I have is too big to fit inside the model my parents have, so we really need confirmation from coffeeduck themself or someone who already has a coffeeduck for the 7814 model.

I emailed coffeeduck through their "contact us" last friday asking which one I need for the 7814 model but they haven't responded yet

Yep I can pm you & post on here if they reply to me, I do remember when I bought our coffeeduck (2 years ago & still going strong!) that when I emailed them asking which one I needed it did take a while for them to respond, so I'm still hopeful I will hear something soon.

The Coffeeduck that fits in the Philips Senseo® HD7825/80 Viva Café will also fit the Philips Senseo HD7863/80

Went for the £25 one, used £11.50 in vouchers so only cost me £2. Going to look for some cheap pods and will probably get one of those ducks or equivalents.

Quick question:
Will there be any pods with this in the box, or will I need to spend some more pennies on something I'm not sure about?

No coffee pods included I'm afraid, if you like filter coffee you'd be better off buying a coffeeduck & using filter coffee instead.

To make the perfect cup of coffee get a Bodum milk frother as well, homemade coffee as good as Starbucks & Costa!

Just ordered the £25 one, cheers OP.

Has anyone tried the Douwe Egberts pods? Just seen 90 for £12.50 on Amazon.

amazon.co.uk/Dou…B98

Honestly? I personally think the Lidl ones are just as good as the various Senseo options. The Lidl Brazillian s pretty good (http://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/246372/Lidl-scoops-gold-to-be-top-of-shops) and they've recently introduced some new blends and I find the Nicaraguan one to be mild and smooth - just right for when you want something a bit lighter.

I've tried the Douwe Egberts Lungo range and they are all quite nice, and the Americano gives a good flavour if a little brash. Best advice I can give you is to try the various options and see what suits.

Thanks Whirly. Was curious as I've tried the DE filter ground coffee and don't think much of it. I'll give the Lidl ones a try.
