Yep. I went from a Philips aqua shave thinking I was upgrading, the hex design means the cutters simply can’t get into all the cracks around your nose area and it feels like the motor is a lot less powerful than the £30 aqua shave.MrCharlie31/05/2022 18:56

I have one of these and they are good. I upgraded to 9000 heads that have double row of cutters and improved it more. It needs electric pre shave but no issues with the hex design. I actually prefer it. Moved from Braun and Panasonic and I find it not quite as close but more comfortable and deals with longer growth. It does require a few weeks of training to get the right technique. (edited)
