Philips Sonicare 3 series electric toothbrush reduced to clear in my local Tesco. Seen these in other stores too. Reduced from £80 to £40 and now down to £25.65! Surely that will bring a smile ;-)

Stirling but also seen them in Grangemouth and Alloa stor
I think these use the lithium ion battery so a steal at £25. Never buy NiHM ones as they won't last more than a year or two.

Yeah, most of the Oral B ones for example use NiMH and they noticeably drop in power after only a few months though it's pretty easy to replace the battery.

​newer oral-b ones have lithium battery.

I thought they were a sealed unit? Am I wrong?

Been using the new toothbrush a few days now. What do you all think??

Same, had to chuck my old oral b away as it was impossible to open
These were in at least one Tesco for £11.25. Personally got mine for £22.50. Different Tescos reducing to different prices so maybe cheaper in others. Feels completely different to the oral b unit it replaced. Be prepared for expensive head replacements though. Quality electric toothbrush.

I've looked at one of the models, not sure about my own version. It doesn't appear to be a simple job so I might stick to just replacing with a new brush. Thanks for the heads up though.
