It is quite pleasant to use but still leaves debris only flossing or TePe removes. At £35 from Tesco Direct I wasn't too upset but I wouldn't waste £50 on one.

Im guessing it wasnt the pro version

What's new in the pro version?

It's just the pulse action by the looks of it

"Recently released by Philips Sonicare, the new AirFloss Pro features improved technology and design. The Triple-burst technology delivers three bursts of air and liquid micro-droplets to remove plaque along the gumline and interproximal areas. The auto-burst option allows the user to choose between the "press and release" manual burst or holding down the button for continuous automatic burst mode. In addition, the customizable burst settings allow for the option of single, double, or triple bursts.

The newly designed high-performance nozzle features a softer, more comfortable tip that delivers a wider spray to cover more interproximal tooth and gum surface. The reservoir has a 50% larger opening than the previous model for easy filling. The lithium-ion battery holds a charge for up to two weeks"

Quite a few beneficial improvements mixed with a bunch of marketing jargon. To be honest I was looking to get the original but at this price I thought why not opt for the pro, im pretty sure there will be a difference judging by reviews
I had one of the older air flossers and it died quite quickly which was a common fault. Replaced with a Panasonic irrigator which has been fine but not as good as the air flosser for performance. I'd be interested to know if these new models prove to be more reliable as I'd buy one if they last.
