That’s a great price, this is the price these should be rather than the inflated prices these have been of late. Heat Op
I agree. Got mine about 18 months ago, when on offer at a similar price. Its a really great brush, lots of features. Can pick up a pack of 4 heads from Amazon for around £20 too, which last well.

or Oral B Genius ?

Depends what you like.
I prefer the Sonicare, others swear by Oral B

They had an offer of 8 brush heads for £26 yesterday.

£20 for 4 is baseline price. Sometimes they have 8 for £20, setup your camel price notification.

This brush doesn’t have anywhere near the same amount of features as the one posted, so while it is no doubt a good toothbrush, it is not directly comparable to the deal posted.

Which features are they?
Notice how the guff only compares this to a manual toothbrush.
In objective tests the Oral B scores a little better than Sonicare and running costs (brush heads, etc.) are much lower.
" the sonic toothbrush brand recommended by dental professionals" - only compared to other sonic types, not Oral B.
Sonicare are good, but not as good.

Referring to the 5 cleaning modes. I’m not disputing your posted deal, great if you’re looking for that particular brush. Variety is the spice

Recommended by dental professionals - because Oral B supply them with all sorts of merchandise the dentists sell on to the public at HUUUUUUUGE markups.

Go to the US, or some countries in the EU, dentists recommend the Sonicare range.
Sonicare (especially the 62,000 brush strokes per minute Diamondclean model) is a more advanced concept, end of.
Fluid dynamics to get cleaning foam under the gum line, in between teeth, plus the brush scrubbing motion.

Hearing someone using an Oral b sounds like a broken vibrator running on almost empty poundland batteries.

Pity the British don't use toothbrushes

Tell me about it. Some renegade oik I had words with the other day in the supermarket car park, had the equivalent of half a fish stew pie as tartar on their teeth. Shouting their way into thinking they could drive the wrong way down a one-way street giving it the big I am, with their Lexus.
"Brush your teeth mate before you start shouting at people!" he went mental!

Mind you, watching the politicians being sworn in on Tuesday and Wednesday, some of them have appalling teeth. Some, really bad dress sense, scruffy fkrs with worn out shirt collars, ill fitting suits. Some of them couldn't even read the oath or affirmation properly ... and they are supposed to represent the nation!
