Sonicare's Diamond Clean brush heads delivers the ideal plaque removal performance, removing up to 100% more plaque than a manual toothbrush. The black brush heads are designed to complement DiamondClean Black toothbrush, and four are provided in the pack. Diamond-shaped bristles provide a greater surface area for an exceptional cleaning and whiter teeth in just one week. The diamond bristle heads have 44 per cent more bristles than Philips Sonicare's standard sized ProResults, providing you with both plaque removal and whiter teeth. The bristles are medium stiff, delivering a firm yet gentle cleaning experience, and the bristles gently fade in use to remind you when the brush head needs to be replaced.

They fit my cheap Sonicare toothbrush fine. Looks a bit odd with the black head on the white body, and I don't know if the DiamondClean has different settings that makes these a better match - but it fits and snaps on correctly, and as far as I can tell, works as it should - it's just a plastic head vibrating after all :-)
I have just been to official pansonic web site :

Just don't forget to cancel the S&S order once received!
Good for the original heads but you can get replacements on eBay for less than half that price that do just as good a job, such as these - £6.99 for 8: ebay.co.uk/itm…794

Am I alone in thinking that these diamondclean heads start to splay out and look rubbish / need changing after just a few weeks, versus the Pro Results heads I always used to use? To be honest I'm thinking of switching back to the cheaper heads, which I feel are more durable.

How do these compare to genuine?

I've tried a few copies, but none have had the same feels as genuine ones. Usually they feel like the bristles are made from nylon fishing line. I think real ones are overpriced, but if the copies are nasty I'd rather buy the real ones.

They're very similar, albeit very slightly harder bristles but you won't notice it when brushing. Definitely worth trying them to see if you like them, I can't tell the difference between them
