Thought this is a cracking deal. I ended buying the compact one last night but was torn between the two. This is a bit of a beast in size which put me off but otherwise a step up from the compact I ordered. The sole plate has a 5 star rating in the spec section whereas the compact has 4 stars. From my experience and I'm no expert the sole plate makes a big difference.

Get 25% code when you sign to newsletter. Mine arrived in 15 minutes. Ended up adding the diamond clean toothbrushes as well using same code.

If you don't want to wait for 25% code then use the current 20% one which is fannew18

Also quidco tracking at 13%

Hope it helps someone.

Ordered. 13% Quidco too apparently.
Ordered. Couldn't get the fannew18 code to work though, but £100 is good enough

It tracked fine but payment was declined due to using a code.
Haha!!!! Philips customer service system is totally fubarred! Ijust phoned up to cancel the full price order and they're not able to do it due to system contraints. It hasn't even been picked yet, let alone shipped. So they need to send it out for me to decline and then it gets sent back. What century are we in?
Thanks for the heads-up. We had a Philips GC7619/20 for a couple of years and it was fantastic until the dreaded blue light error appeared. We'd used the the anti-calc cartridges and Philips' own anti-calc filter jugs from the very beginning so was really irked when it happened. As it was past the warranty period Phillips don't really want to know even though there are quite a few complaints about it on various forums.

However, this uses a different de-calc cleaning process and at this price it's half what we paid for the previous one - worth the risk in my opinion.
I've just ordered one with the 25% off code. Thank you

Great timing as we were just looking for a new steam generator iron as ours packed in recently

I have that one too. Went back to Philips within 6 months with the blue light error. Came back working but never seemed to get as hot again. Now I mostly reach for the £12 argos replacement I bought whilst the philips was in for repair because it does a much better job.
Not a risk I'd take again I don't think.
!Wow that's cheap for PSVR!

I bought the vax but the thermostat keeps turning itself down as I use it almost every 10 seconds. I think the digital +/- buttons are too sensitive. It's so frustrating as it works well otherwise. Have you had any issues with it or can you advise please on what I'm doing wrong?
The + and - buttons are too close to where you hold it, I resolved this by sticking a few layers of thick double sided gorilla tape on the handle just behind the buttons and now my hand doesn't touch it , it's a little bit of a bodge but it works well33235793-tu7M9.jpg
How to get the 25% off for New costumers? I register there, Nothing come
Usual nonsense from Philips. Orders not being honoured despite trail of emails saying otherwise! Did anyone get it delivered?

Annoyed I missed this. Do the price on these tend to drop regularly?

Philips seem to rotate price drops on their website regularly. Worth your while checking weekly and you never know. Should be another sale coming up for Easter. Make sure you look out for their discount codes as that's what's makes it a cracking deal.
