Always fancied one of these, but can't quite believe that they'll do what they claim. Simulated sunrises to wake you up by modulating your circadian rhythm.

Anyone have one of these and care to share their experiences?

I've got one and I think it's worth it. I don't know about all of the claims they make, but it is quite nice during the winter for the room to get gradually lighter before the alarm goes off. It's not quite the shock when it's pitch black in the room. this seems like a good price (paid about the same for a lesser model a few years ago). If you've got £45 and have fancied giving it a go for a while, I would recommend it.

I've got one and it is across the room so I have to get out of bed to switch off the alarm. It's great to wake up gently in a warmly lit room.

2 Natural Sounds

Is that coughing and spluttering?

I've got one and the buttons are fiddly and the light is overly warm. The built-in sounds are a joke, they sound like them were recorded on an Atari ST computer...

I'm actually hoping my lamp stops working, then I can move onto something else.
P.S. These are throw-away lamps, when the bulb has blown you can't replace it as you can with most other regular lamps.
