    I'd say most would go for that yes for a more natural lighting compared to a more warm tone the other option offers.

    Had me look twice at 50w for LED.

    4.6w lamp for 50w equivalent. Not a bad price for Philips (edited)

    Great price for Philips bulbs. I just bought 10 LAP bulbs for £17.99 from Screwfix so these Philips work out even cheaper BUT I needed dimmable ones.

    Same here but I find bulbs that state they're dimmable often don't work well when dimming and flicker.
