I’ve read quite a few reviews saying the clip that attaches the head breaks but I’ve also seen one that says they’ve changed the design so hopefully that’s no longer an issue. Comes with a 2 year warranty though so if that happens at least you can get a replacement.

Find that it doesn't vacuum properly when manscaping. They didn't advise this on the box

Collects most of the cut hairs. I'm very pleased with mine.
Did anyone’s order randomly cancel?

I got a cancellation email but the order is already shipped and the emails updated quantity is still 1 so not sure what happened.
Mine cancelled too, but tracking shows in transit and due for delivery Monday

I paid with PayPal and haven't had any refund so maybe just a system error?

Mine broke yesterday after coming loose. The 2015 version of this was better designed. This one looks the same design as my model

Mine broke after one year approximately, bought a replacement from Philips (around £20, if I remember correctly) about 6 months ago, no problem so far (it looks a bit sturdier to be fair). It does not collect 100% of your hair, but it's a good machine

This happened to mine, purchased c2017 I think. Was just out of warranty. The head kept jumping out, and tended to pull out some hairs when it happened. The vacuum didn't work that well either to be honest. 25% of trimmings still get out, so still makes a mess. I replaced it with a simpler waterproof trimmer that I can use in the shower cubicle.

Is that for this model? I've got the 7000 already (looks like this but blue not red) but the head broke after a year. So I've bought this new version in the hope they've fixed that.

It's been delivered now so fingers crossed.
Received mine today and the clip that attaches the the head seems very strong, not had past experience but it looks like they could of changed the design from past reviews I’ve read. I’m very happy with it.
