This was posted awhile back but the price keeps dropping. Less than a quid?! at this price I can outfit my whole block.

these are cool, with the app downloaded you can one-press access any number of functions, camera is especially useful, flashlight, etc...

I don't understand how they even cover the shipping.

What a fine idea.

nice. ordered!!! thanks

Be crazy not to at this price

So does this work with any Android phone?

heat added

Heat. Ordered primarily out of intrigue! Thanks.

What a cool little gadget. Hot.

I ordered a 2 of these a couple of weeks ago, still waiting for them to arrive (I've ordered loads of stuff from DX, standard delivery is 2-3 weeks).

Looking forward to trying it out!

Bought, no reason to, no reasons not to.

Because of reason 1. ?

Great idea, thanks.

I ordered a few of these, never turned up! Will look through my emails now actually.....

Just for information, I bought one from dx when they were about £1.24. This was 3 weeks ago and it is still not here. I might be going by ship I guess

Hmm, would have concerns about installing an app of unknown provenance to use this.

I ordered 3, just so that the first friends who sees it and thinks "OMG that's genius" doesn't have to wait another "2-3 weeks".

Two problems with it:

If set to work with screen locked, it will be pressed in your pocket every 10 seconds.

If set to work with screen unlocked, it becomes pointless.

Heat added, but won't be ordering anything else from DX until they pull their finger out with shipping or even replying to queries about overdue shipping

Got one of these myself. You can download the app from the Google Play Store by searching for "Klick".

It's ok, haven't really been using it though.

I don't get what you'd use it for.

is the app on play store ?

link anyone ?

Does this also activate your remote headset and mic that you can no longer plug in too?

If these are plugged in, doesn't it mean your phone becomes silent because the phones audio output will try to go through what is inserted in to the jack? Or am I completely wrong? Sounds like a good idea though, might buy one for the sake of it haha.

My order was 06/06 and I still don't have it. I have since got a sony Z1 compact that has a camera button anyway, so I don't need them!

Usually take around 2 weeks to arrive sometimes even longer, but first thing I'd do is check at your local sorting office.
Have had items from china not be delivered but be at the sorting office when I've gone to check.

I always used to wonder why on some android devices when you pulled out or pushed in a headphone jack, it would sometimes crash applications. I guess this device goes some way towards understanding that phenomenon.

PlayStore

its £1.01

Bought 3. Just in case I..... Because I can use them to..... I know someone who.....

I just bought 3 ok.

ha that's cool

Great, sounds like a good idea.

According to this, a 20g packet is HKD$2.30, or about 17p!

hongkongpost.hk/eng…htm

To send it back would be £2.80 with royal mail's 56 day surface mail or £3.80 airmail!

Will this wear out your aux port after a while?

Looks similar to a kickstarter project called pressy - get.pressybutton.com
Ashame you can't use the pressy app with this button but you need an activation code for it.

Great idea!
Maybe 'they' could design a whole phone using buttons rather than a touch screen

same here

Can you set this to take a photo when pressed?

It would be ideal if you could as the amount of time it takes me to get to my camera app and push the virtual key to take a photo is almost not worth the trouble.
