I bought this for my Sony HXV20, was delivered today. Was previously using a Samsung evo with adapter, which worked perfect. The adapter on this memory card is that flimsy that i'll need to bodge something up as it must bend inside the memory card slot inside the camera.

Not a deal breaker of course, and most won't suffer this issue, just a tidbit of info.

This is why I've stopped buying Micro SD cards, I bought an official one from the Samsung store, said it hit 90Mbps Sequential... I'm lucky if it hits 25... the things are useless. It's why I'm glad the iPhone doesn't have a Micro SD slot and just lets you purchase higher tiers. I'd rather pay £100 more for 600-800MBps than £40-50 for a Micro SD card that doesn't work as advertised.... then you have the whole fake market which is a nightmare. I've noticed just the same with Usb sticks... now I just buy an SSD and get an adapter to USB and use that.

Very true, but it's expected unfortunately. The speeds just never live up to the packaging. That being said though, I've never had a really slow Micro SD in my phone. Currently have a Sandisk 128GB and serves me well. Fake market can be solved by buying from reputable sellers such as Amazon Directly, My memory, MobyMemory ect.

That's cheap!
Edited by: "hearts" 31st Aug

USB 2, 3 and 3.1 is a stupid measure so not sure why people are asking. You need to look at the speed of the memory itself which could be rubbish.

USB2 good for many cheap long term storage drives to keep, USB3 good for a few fast drives used to regularly transfer data quickly.

I bought one of these and, although I wasn't expecting much, I am seriously impressed with this wee music player for the price.

One word of note if you're thinking of ordering one of these - the unit comes with 'REFURB' stamped on the bottom. Personally I am not bothered but it could be an issue if you're looking to buy one to give as a gift, etc

I had the original sansa clip which had a long battery life, great audio quality , decent FM tuner and robust build quality but when I purchased the latest one the battery life was unimpressive and it developed a hardware fault after a few months .
