Beautiful and wearable, the new shuffle lets you take hundreds of songs with you everywhere. Its main body is crafted from a single piece of aluminium and polished to a beautiful shine, so it feels solid, sleek and durable.
Along with up to 15 hours of battery life, the shuffle gives you 2GB of storage capacity, which can hold 500 songs. That’s plenty of room for the essential songs of your workout or commute. And for multiple playlists, Genius Mixes, podcasts and audiobooks too.
iPod shuffle isn’t just portable. It’s wearable too. Clip it to your shirt, jacket, workout gear, backpack or purse strap, and it stays put - whether you’re running an errand or running round the track.
The big, clickable control pad is back on the front of shuffle. It’s 18 per cent larger than on previous shuffle models, so it’s even easier to see and use the music controls. Press the centre button to play and pause. Press the outer buttons to skip forward or back and adjust volume.
The ‘shuffle’ switch is where the fun starts, and is sure to appeal to your inner rebel! Flip it to mix up iPod shuffle’s contents, keeping things unpredictable. Flip the switch to ‘straight’ to play your handpicked playlists and albums, in the order you synchronised them from iTunes. This is great for when you want to be reassured by what’s coming next.
Say you’re listening to a song and want to know the title or the artist. Just press the new VoiceOver button on top of your iPod shuffle, and it tells you. You can even use VoiceOver to hear the names of playlists and switch between them.

Thislooks good - you need to buy a memory card on top, but they're not expensive and you have the bonus of easy transfer, expandable and not tied to itunes.

There's none on the shuffle
2gb? What is this, 2005?

Save yourself the frustration and get a Sansa Clip
For the same price you can get a Sansa Clip + 64gb MicroSD card mobymemory.com/uk/…tml?
It's a nice apple product but as a fanboy this ideal for the gym instead dumping your music collection on with only 2gb.

Good for running too/weight training/gift.
These would be excellent if iTunes wasn't so atrocious....

I haven't used iTunes for years - use alternative software to make and transfer playlists or iCloud.

I love Apple but iTunes has always sucked.
