the best DVD burner out there. If you need one or a update of your old one then this is what to get

But SVP stock the newer model, the DVR-112, for only £19.99 ...

:?

The Pioneer 112D is out now and is not much more.

The D-versions do not support DVD-RAM (111D, 112D).

Though they do also have the DVR-112 for £20.99+del (though OOS at the mo): ]http//sv…147

I should have known. I don't think I've actually seen a Tekheads offer that's been any good.

Who says the 112D does not support DVD ram specifications follow

With most modern motherboards only supporting 1 PATA port, I suggest that buying a SATA DVD burner makes more sense at this point if building a new system. It allows you to keep your PATA port free if needed for other drives and SATA cables make the PC easier to work with as well.
You can often pick a Samsung SATA model for ~£18 at Scan if ordering components from there; it comes with Nero OEM as well.

The 111 is probably a better burner than this, and the 110 was better than that.

For that price though, you can't really complain.

You can considering you can get it for £20 at ebuyer and pad it out with blank dvds to £30 then whip a tenner off by using google checkout.
