Thought this was a cracking price for an entry level HDMI-capable (4x input) AV receiver.

1st paragraph of waffle from the website:

With 100 watts per channel (at 6 ohm load) the VSX322K gives plenty of power for all but the largest rooms. Using a Texas Instruments Aureus Digital Signal Processor at its heart, the VSX-322 offers powerful processing and includes both Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio decoders. Pioneer has fitted the VSX-322K with their Advanced Sound Retriever system. This enhances the typically compressed music from MP3/AAC systems and returns the sound to near-CD quality.

I have this and it's great.

You can't go wrong with Pioneer amps. I've got a slimline one and it's absolutely brilliant.

Nice bit of kit

Looks to be a model up from mine. Mine produces excellent results. Very happy with DTS sound. Sadly I can't use to fll potential as I have to kee my subwhoofer turned off due to neighbours downstairs not liking it, but otherwise great.

Been looking at this my samsung just packed up but dont know if to shell out the extra £80 for the sony SDRH820 abit more futureproof any comments would be appriciated

go for the vsx527 its been reduced (just my luck, just after i bought it) i asked richer sounds about sony entry level amps & they said they weren't a patch on pioneer ones. just check the spec its endless.

Good deal, but if you are after DLNA and 6 inputs then the £149.95 VSX527 may be worth the extra (sign up to VIP and get £10 off over £100), so potentially only £139 for a very good AV receiver. VSX527

just do your streaming via an xbox 360/PS3 like i do i own this amp already (although bought it a month or so ago when it was £139.99). hooked up to some Pioneer speakers and an REL Storm sub and bargain price for an A/V if you're not wanting any fancy bells or whistles.

3D capable on HDMI passthrough i might add also

Good price... Good amp also

i been looking at something like thing for a while I got spotify on netbook going through headphone or hifi systems, but wondering is this going to make a noticeable different to the quality of sound if i run hdmi cable from netbook to av receiver or am barking up wrong tree. should be looking at amps or not worth it for just spotify on netbook, would i be better off get something like bose sound cancelling headphones as most of listening on headphones currenting have Angle and Curve headphones

I've got the Sony 810, hdmi output broke about 1 week after the warranty ran out. I won't be buying Sony again, I like the Yamaha now, better sound better warranty

Just picked up the last one from Bromley.
Thanks op

Wish I got this instead of the TEAC.

I opted for the VSX527 for £139.95 using vip code instead of this as I wont be upgrading anytime soon so get the network features/remote app this time round. Bit miffed though as my Android mini pc wont do multi channel audio it seems to downmix everything to stereo. Blu-ray player works fine though.

Bought one yesterday and finally managed to set it up. Sound quality is amazing for this price its a steal!
