Pirates of the Caribbean
From producer Jerry Bruckheimer (Pearl Harbor) and director Gore Verbinski (Mouse Hunt) comes the thrilling, high-seas adventure Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse Of The Black Pearl. The roguish yet charming Captain Jack Sparrow's (Johnny Depp) idyllic pirate life capsizes after his nemesis, the wily Captain Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush) steals his ship, the Black Pearl, and later attacks the town of Port Royal, kidnapping the governor's beautiful daughter Elizabeth (Keira Knightley). In a gallant attempt to rescue her and recapture the Black Pearl, Elizabeth's childhood friend Will Turner (Orlando Bloom) joins forces with Jack. What Will doesn't know is that a cursed treasure has doomed Barbossa and his crew to live forever as the undead. Suspense-filled adventure, sword-clashing action, mystery, humour, unforgettable characters and never-before-seen special effects make "Pirates" a must-have movie on the grandest scale ever.

Dead Man's Chest
The year's most anticipated blockbuster event is a fun-filled treasure trove of curses, creatures and epic adventure featuring the return of all your favourite Pirates of the Caribbean. Charming rogue spirit Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) is back with a blood debt to pay - he owes his soul to the legendary Davy Jones, ghostly Ruler of the Ocean Depths. This time, dashing Will Turner (Orlando Bloom) and the beautiful Elizabeth Swann (Keira Knightley) are sent sailing into a thrilling whirlpool of misadventures stirred up in Jack's quest to avoid eternal damnation by seizing the fabled Dead Man's Chest.

At World's End
Just when he’s needed most, Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp), that witty and wily charmer of a pirate, is trapped on a sea of sand in Davy Jones’ Locker. In an increasingly shaky alliance, Will Turner (Orlando Bloom), Elizabeth Swann (Keira Knightley) and Captain Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush) begin a desperate quest to find and rescue him. Captain Jack’s the last of the nine Pirate Lords of the Brethren Court who must come together united in one last stand to preserve the freedom-loving pirates’ way of life. From exotic Singapore to World’s End and beyond, from Shipwreck Island to a titanic battle, this adventure’s filled with over-the-edge action, irreverent humour and seafaring myth and magic.

On Stranger Tides
From Disney and Producer Jerry Bruckheimer comes all the fun, epic adventure and humour that ignited the original. Johnny Depp returns as Captain Jack Sparrow in Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides.

A tale of truth, betrayal, youth, demise — and mermaids! When Jack crosses paths with a woman from his past (Penélope Cruz), he’s not sure if it’s love, or if she’s a ruthless con artist using him to find the fabled Fountain of Youth. Forced aboard the ship of the most feared pirate ever, Jack doesn’t know who to fear more —Blackbeard (Ian McShane) or the woman from his past.

Directed by Rob Marshall, it’s filled with eye-popping battle scenes, mystery and all-out wit. Complete with a bounty of bonus features, this is one thrilling journey you won’t want to end.

I belive there is plans for a sixth movie, so buy this unless you plan to wait even longer.

The fourth one is so bad :\ Still, hot price.

Got to agree, great price, but I never buy a box set unless it's complete and there are no plans to make any more

Great deal, great films

Thanks, was thinking of getting the DVD box for £14 a few weeks back, so blu ray for 95p more is an excellent find

There's no point to 2, 3 and 4. Just buy the first one and enjoy. Don't dilute your collection with tedious sequels.

The second was brilliant, the third was rough, and the fourth was pretty dire and made liitle sense! Oh well onto an abysmal fifth!

Buy this quick! Savvy?

The first film was good. The 2 sequels are the most abysmal pieces of trash I've ever watched. It's as if they're a parody of the first film. Just awful. Haven't seen the fourth one but I imagine it's more of the same.

I just liked somebodypinchme's comment when I meant to like Tarquin8484's. Epic fail.

Everythings **** if you don't understand it.

Oh I do apologise! I should have realised we were dealing with a complicated masterwork here. I take it back. These films with their unprecedented levels of complexity make The Usual Suspects look like a Disney film in comparison.
