Unless it changed our Pizza Hut was running this only until 02/01/2017

Lovely price for a big slice of Italy.

what's the largest size you can purchase?

Can't believe it's taken Pizza Hut this long to react to their obviously offensive over pricing. Charging like £15 for a pizza is disgusting.

Surprised they haven't gone out of business before now.

So true! I take a big bite of their Texan BBQ and I feel transported to the piazza in Naples! Truly magical.

I'm wanting to know the same?
Also is this deal only in-store? I've never had a Pizza Hut in my life

And you think the others are cheaper?? Dominos, Papa John's, etc... are all similarly priced

That's what I'm saying. Their pizzas are nice but no way in hell worth 15 quid a pop.

They haven't because many people pay that much!
The same as most benefit recipients get taxis everywhere.

A large pizza from pizza hut i think is considered 14 inch

Best pizza around but I can't see the offer online for collection

good offer if you can get it, the offer is not available at my local Pizza Hut.

I've been put off Pizza Hut since I found out they don't use real cheese

Aaaannnd I'm just about to go eat IN..
I'm soooooo looking forward to the bill.

America.

Just picked it up from mine - round me it seems to be the Pizza Hut delivery branches (although collection only at mine lol) that have the offer not the main pizza huts that have a restaurant

This offer is mainly to attract customers who still have some space after the "festive indulging" and also not require to have deep pockets

I found in my local store that less care went into the making of the pizza.I found it didn't have enough sauch or topping as normal price orders.I got an email asking how I enjoyed my pizza ,when I told them this they said theyd get back to me....still waiting.

Oh and it says any crust, well it isn't any crust.A Chicago town from farmfoods had much more flavour.

This **** me off too. Any crust should be any crust. Not excluding stuffed crust and special crusts. There are at least 3 crusts that are charged on top.

What a bizarre comparison

not bizarre at all

'demand dictates price' - if ppl dont buy their expensive pizza the price will go down to a more realistic price.

'waste not want not' - so it odd that some ppl who are given a helping hand and not disabled tend to waste much needed money on taxis, when there are buses or they can walk those short distances, whilst most not on benefit think taxis are a luxury and use buses instead.

so both are examples of exorbitances..

Would love to see where you got your sources for the second 'fact'... other than internal bias of course.

I bought a load of Pizza Hut pizzas when they did the last 5.99 deal as I had a new kitchen being fitted and we were reliant on takeaways for a week (horrible living like that by the way).

I hadn't tried Pizza Hut for a long time and was truly disappointed... the pizzas (all 4 of them) looked nothing like the images that I'd used to select them on the website - in fact if I wasn't so hungry I would of photographed them and then photoshopped them side by side with the images on their website and posted them to their twitter account.

Never again.

To be honest Sainsburys / Tescos Stonebaked and the other 'artisan' pizzas they do are way better even if you do have to cook them yourself.... false economy.

Can't see this £5.99 for collection in Solihull, more details please !!

Papa johns are running 50% off on orders over £15 ATM, definitely batter pizza than hut.

It's £9.95 at mine. Fish and Chips it is then.

I'd say it's more to do with collaborative price rises amongst these chains. If they were to do this individually then you'd find their chain would lose as a result and profits would be hit. Although companies will deny any of this goes on, it clearly does. You only need to look at the Libor scandal to see how deep rooted this is, even in the most established of companies.

Remember the days when you never had a discount code? Now, the psychological mindset amongst people is that they are getting a bargain. Once you look past the overinflated prices, you realise 50% off an £18 pizza that costs £2 to make is not a deal.

Things won't change though, as it's so far embedded into our nature.

And let's not compare anything to those on benefits. The people who the elite will point too are the reason our society is broke. A mask to cover their own greediness and deflect our attention from the backhanders they receive to allow multimillion pound companies to pay less tax. How we can't fund a health service, but can refurbish palaces and parliaments.

Anyone fancy a pizza?
