Check out the list of specs for this cute little remote controlled Ball Shape Robot, then check out the price - £13.75 inc del. Now check out how much it costs for a similar remote controlled Ball Shape Robot. Say, BB8 from Star Wars, for instance. £130 from Tesco.

They have very similar functions, like a floating head attached using magnets, allowing the body to move freely while the head stays still. Patrol mode, where it will record a route and patrol it in future. Smart obstacle avoidance. Sound effects. Lighting effects.

As I say, £13.75 against £130 is a pretty good deal. At that price you could even afford to buy one without the missus giving you a bit of earache.

Only 32 left as I'm posting this.

Description:

a head and a sphere connected by the magnetism. The sphere can roll in

enjoy the dreamy lighting effect and dance with this little thing at

night. More interestingly, the smart robot can patrol, divert, and even

demonstrate a series of movements.

Main Features:
360-degree rolling in any direction with the magnetism suspension structure
Automatic Patrol Mode enables it to record down the tracks
● With built-in probe, it can find a new way out when meets an obstacle

who cares if it rips off intellectual property? I couldn't care less if something is official or not if its the right price and actually decent. If the official company making the product didn't over price their products so much their wouldn't be a market for fakes

You're right to an extent, in that if a company is able to make a comparable product for just a few £'s, to one costing well in excess of £100, how can the manufacturers of the original product justify the price they are asking? However, the straightforward theft of a company's copyrighted property, whether you agree with the law on this or not, is wrong. But it is the manufacturers' responsibility to take the steps to pursue the offending company and enforce the law, not for lone gunmen on websites to preach about it.

I just dont think its right for hotukdeals to be complicit in promoting copyright theft, and the only responsible thing they could do it take posts like this down, rather than leave them up so they can make money off the click throughs, which sort of makes them complicit.

In stock at £13.75 again.....
