It's a fun blast, but a couple of points about the switch version:
No microtransactions. This is A Good Thing. So there's no temptation to buy extras...
... However, it can be a real grind to earn things in game. Saving up for things with in game coins is a complete waste of time. Why would a game do this? Very much feels like it was designed to make you pay for things, and as a result is an endless grind. No sense of pride and accomplishment here!
There is no local multiplayer on switch. This was a massive disappointment for me as this is how I play with my son. It might be a lot of fun in multiplayer, but I don't know anyone else with the game.
Feels like a half hearted conversion from other platforms. Things stripped out to make it kid safe for the switch, but not properly reworked.
I would steer clear of EA games on the back of this one.
