sorted byI think you would be better off with a van, but it's worth a try.
Cheers OP HOT from me
Next to an A4 sized magazine....
Get to it, maths wizzes!
as previous poster said these store inside each other when not in use. the downside is that they are not square so not ideal for storing things like CDs, DVDs, books etc. but fine for storing things like small electrical items e.g. cables. they are thin plastic but ive had some for years and so far none have cracked. well worth £1 if you need boxes of this size with lids. if you need larger boxes look elsewhere.
6 bottles of wine = 0.75l x 6 = 4.5l are you sure you were talking about the 14l boxes?
Then I would say these are DOUBLE that height then, I have the underbed ones and they are pretty slimline.
I bought these kind of storage quite a few times.
I think it is too small for moving home. Also normally they are quite very thin, so you will not be able to put it a heavy item.
But it is ok it you out it in the cupboards
It exploded quite fantastically with shards of plastic firing in all directions.
Not saying that's a fair drop test, just that they can splinter and snap horribly when they do go. Not for the kids to play with.
I keep my console near the TV for that instant hands on experience....and my toaster stays in the kitchen!!!
Hot - checking my land of the pound at the weekend....
and thanks to epicfailtom for the details which is good for anyone who is planning on moving soon
Since, I think... my bathtub is broken.
EDIT: Lame, already said!

I am glad these are purple as don't fancy the black for some reason , the Staples ones are pretty clear so you can see what is inside and look VERY sturdy but you get what you pay for I suppose
Thanks OP , these will still come in handy for the price! x
my god.. attitude, lose some.
threesome?
I see me going back for some more...
Most of those are just too tall as well,I have got some plastic ones with lids but they only just fit & are a right pain to get out as they get stuck & I have to drag them out.X)
Worth a quid.
I will go to my local and check. Thanks.
I have had a few of these for about 3 years now. Durable, the lid shuts ok but it is perhaps smaller than you might think. You can easily fit a adult size shoe box in it so if you are thinking of using it for small bits and pieces it's perfect.
Apologies, did'nt want to get Pi envolved but.............................
Envolved?

He knew what to do but I wonder if he could one with a dodgey spring like in Open all hours!(edited)
Really ! So you are saying a 14 litres box will hold about half of a 32 litre box , thanks.
I genuinely wanted to know the size of these - width , length, if there's anybody out there, nod if you can....
i think they meant with the wine still in the bottle
