Class 6 SDHC

This Play.com SDHC memory card has a high storage capacity and fast data transfer so that you can store your digital content such as high-resolution photos, high definition videos and more without the restrictions of memory card size and data write-speeds of the past.

Class is dependent on the write-speed of the card, the higher the 'Class', the faster the memory card. This card is Class 6.

Please check the device you are buying this card for is SDHC compatible. SDHC cards are not backwards compatible with standard SD Host devices.

Has had very poor reviews...

Im sure this is a pretty standard price? morrisions had these for £8.50 last week, i could be wrong that may of bin a lucky find but not voted ...yet! ;-)
Could go for this, better reviews and value? 16 gb for £16.49? ]http//ww…BGC

Most negative comments on this card relate to the broken off security tap. I would just return the card until Play sends one which is working because when working it is a good card. Class 6 for £13 is a good price. The cheaper ones (Morrisons) are probably slower class 2 items. You have to compare like with like. So it's hot from me.

this is fair point...but you would still lose your data if the card was locked? wouldnt you?

@ /\ would you even be able to write to the card in the first place if it was locked? no chance of losing data if theres nothing to lose

The lock tab makes the card read-only as I understand it. {edit} Tempted to risk it at this price for class 6.

Good price Morrisons are not class 6.

You wouldn't loose your data - you just wouldn't be able to WRITE to the card - you could still READ all the data back from the card - the TAB alters whether the card is READ/WRITE or just READ-ONLY - either way, you wouldn't loose any data by the tab breaking.

From what I understand the tab doesn't break, it slides in and out. Even if you should loose it, I'm sure you can find a way to slide the security slider

will this work on the wii?
