With those speeds, I guess it will be Vista Readyboost capable? Can anybody confirm.

Cheers

Very good price, I was looking over at eBuyer the other day and play.com have much better prices. I forgot to go through QuidCo though, doh!

Please let me know if I'm asking an obvious question, but does Play.Com's desription "No drivers needed for Windows 2000/ME and XP and MacOS 8.6 or later, 9.X and 10.1.2 or above" imply that you will need drivers for Vista? Or is it more likey that that they're using a description that's so old, Vista wasn't launched?

The latter I would presume! "Mass Storage" drivers are a standard for even vista

im sure on other posts somewhere the write speed is alot slower?? 3mbps?

*edit; ignore my post was talking about the other one there selling!

hotukdeals.com/ite…8g/

i ordered the 4GB buffalo for £10.99 few weeks back and its on 'Awaiting stock!' and it doesnt let me cancel it?? says the date has past to canacel it!!

i would be better off just buying this!!! Anyone got any advice?

This one is a re-branded Integral USB drive. If you look that up, you'll see it does have the quoted 7mb write speed.

play.com do a couple of different 'own brand' USB drives. Those are slower, e.g. the one posted here yesterday which is 3mb write:
hotukdeals.com/ite…8g/

Anyone know if they'e recognised ok by the xbox 360?

How much warranty do you get with this and are there any good price deals with 16GB ones anyone can point me towards.
Thanks

Have a read of the 85 reviews of the 4gb version on play.com. Seems to work fine with Vista.

1000x more space for less than 20% of the price... There's technology for you.
