cheapest about

It's a good price in comparison to everywhere else (£100), so hot from me. Whether it's worth it or not is a different matter.

This is a very good price. I bought this in the Sainsburys christmas half price sale for £50 and my children love it. I have not seen it at the £200 they quote, definetely a £100 item usually. Cheapest I have seen it since I bought mine is about £75.

If you think that most playmobil individual toys are £25+ so this is good value as its has 2 good vehicles, farms house, barn etc. Its has lots of different items and when stored away we have to use 2 average sized plastice storage tubs as the farm house is a fair size on its own.

Points to note are that this takes quite a while to assemble so if giving as a present as we did and you want it all set up first put aside at least 2 evenings to get it all assembled. Its quite fiddley.

Also the box it comes in is very big - comes up to my arm pit and I am 5ft 7 and its also about a foot deep. Not easy to store is you have bought as a surprise - we put ours in the loft. Also if going to pick up you need an empty boot or back seats.

And once assembled its needs a good sized space for it all to be played with. Also there is no mat which was my only dissapointment with it - had to pop to dunn elm and buy some of the coloured thick table covering to make into a mat. This way my children play on the mat, if there was no mat the farm would be everywhere!

But overall its a really nice set that doesnt need to be added to so once you have spent £70 you dont need to spend more money for add ons.

oh yeh - cheers m8 changed!

3 for 2 but at £80 too, then you could use the voucher

Still a lot of cash, I picked up this today for my little boy and he has not put it down all afternoon
toysrus.co.uk/Toy…078)

Comes with 3 figures, a trolly with cups etc... seat belts to hold them in when you are flying around, trolly and baggage.

6% quido this weekend too plus still double clubcard points!

Bought 3 so worked out at less than £50 each, plus quidco plus points so about £45 each. Superb deal.

Heat from me.

Thanks

silly Tesco, they have put the price up to £79.99 now

Be warned!

I have built 2 out of the 3 so far and it has taken about 4 hours! Also I had different pieces missing in each one and have had to contact playmobil. Fortunately I do not need the 3rd set for now so have robbed the bits I needed from that. Replacement parts have to come from Germany so will be up to 10 days.

Maybe I was just unfortunate but seems to me they are using the same packing company as MFI used to! :whistling:
