RRP
£209 for a 500GB PS4 Slim was about the norm a few weeks back (end of October / beginning of Nov). Currys, Game, Argos all did it for £209 with CoD or Spiderman etc. If you want CoD it's best to get that as a bundle as it's the most expensive game to buy individually compared with Spiderman or Redded 2 which you can get in CEX or Amazon (new) for £25. CoD new will be £45-£50.

The 2 best deals I saw were (500GB version)
Game - CoD and Tom Clancy's Division 2 for £209 (no longer a bundle)
Argos' eBay shop - down to £188 with a 10% code. It didn't last long and you could buy on eBay and collect at Argos
Amazon - Unchartered 4, The Last of Us and Horizon Zero Dawn £229 (this has gone up to £273)

My point to all this? I'm sure the prices have all gone up to give them a run of higher prices. So, when Black Friday comes, they can drop their prices again and make it look like bigger savings. But, compared to the end of October, they may not be much different.

I'm most likely to buy a PS4 Pro as I'll have it for a few years. Not going straight in with the 5. I'm hoping the Pro will drop below £300 with a game but I'm not expecting much beyond that. If you want to check historic prices on Amazon, use the camelcamelcamel website and it will tell you the highest, average and lowest prices it's ever been in a nice graph. You can also add an alert to tell you when it drops below your preferred price. FYI it's not realtime so check today's price on Amazon.

Hope this info is helpful. If you're looking to buy one now... just hold of a few weeks.
