This seems like a great offer alone if you're a FIFA fan, but the option to pay over 12 months interest free won it for me!

£30 off first order: 4KMY4

11% cashback @ quidco for new customers.

That 10% discount code doesn't work on gaming etc.

Realistically anyone think these deals will get better after Christmas. Been looking a bundle with Fifa and Driveclub and the 12 months is nearly too good to not bite.

They probably will go down a bit in new years sales, but I wouldn't expect them to go much lower - I got my ps4 from very last week, £299 with driveclub - 12 months 0% interest free, can pay as little or as much as you want per month and its 0% interest if you pay in 12 months

Don't forget 11.55% (TCB) for new customers, although I'm not sure if it will work on gaming

Pay in 12 months - when Driveclub's servers might have started working properly.

Ouch...harsh but fair :P

Surely the fifa + the crew + last of us bundle for the same price is better? If you pay in 12 months your getting ripped of tbh.

Anyone tried the £30 Off codes in the thread below, as we used one yesterday and it worked.

hotukdeals.com/dea…e=2

(Thanks to J4GG4)

Or if the 12 months is too long you can use the 'Take 3' option (3 months interest free).

Anyone know if both games are Hard Copies as it's not a 'Bundle' box for the PS4 as:

DriveClub
WeBuy for £16.00
WeBuy for voucher £23.00

FIFA 15
WeBuy for £29.00
WeBuy for voucher £33.00

Cash = £45
Trade = £56

At CEX?

Yes they are hard copies

Very don't usually offer BNPL to new customers. Just a heads-up.

Care to elaborate on the part of this deal which you deem a rip-off?

I bought this yesterday from very after very nearly going for fifa &minecraft bundle for £409.

if you pay in the 12 months it'll be the £349 no interest so don't see why you can say you'll get ripped off.

hopefully have one happy other half on Christmas day.

thanks op

just got this on 3 month payment plan, £349 for the ps4 with fifa 15 and drive club deal with a £30 code

Cheer for the heads up, I was going to get the argos offer but £30 off and 12 months interest free swung it for this offer

787 sold in the past 48hrs oO seems like interest free is popular

Bravo

£30 off £60 for new customers code applicable too :-)

You can do soemthing similar with argos, So potentially you can get the current deal with GTA5, Far Cry 4, LOU and white ps4. Though i think its 6 moths BNPL. Better IMO

Does that make it £320?

And does anyone know if there is a deposit you have to pay first? Or is it straight up circa £27 starting from as soon as you buy it? (assuming the price is £320 after £30 off for new customers code)
Edited by: "f2k8" 11th Dec 2014

Very's buy now pay later has no deposit, you simply pay as little/much as you like every month. However, if you don't pay it back by then end of the 12 month period you will get charged the full amount of interest for the entire 12 months - normally pretty steep.

Argos have Black or White console with Three Games for the same price

Can you stack codes? So could you possible use the 10% off in the main post AND the new customers £30 off?

Doubt it but you can try. Best place to try is on the website when ordering. :-)

Ooooh. That's nasty. Obviously, they must be making more out of interest payments this way than going for a standard direct debit and set amount monthly.

Devious.

I'm sure they do make more money that way, as people can be notoriously bad at assessing what they can actually afford when spreading payments, whether initially those payments include interest or not. I wouldn't call it 'nasty' or 'devious' though; I can't imagine you could reasonably expect Very to do anything other than slap some significant interest on if full payment isn't made within 12 months. People need to take responsibility for their own finances and games consoles are luxury items; if a person cannot afford to pay for one up front the onus is on them to ensure that they can afford to pay it by alternative means. To my mind if a person cannot keep to a 12 month interest free deal and so gets hit with some hefty interest that says more about how they manage their own money than it does about the company offering the deal. The advice is the same as it would be for any purchase involving payments over time whether on credit or not; before you commit to it make sure you can actually afford it.
