    Mine arrived yesterday- exactly like yours! Some tiny dents on corner of box. Unit inside was untouched.

    Just received mine today and the packaging has a massive deep cut in the middle...damaging outer packaging and the console packaging. Still need check content after work but most likely I'm sending it back. Good luck anyone who gets mine...

    I mean, so long as the console itself isn't damaged then that's as described, no? What does it matter if the box has a big cut in it.

    Received mine a few days ago, sealed etc. Opened it up to find the cables and controller were missing!

    Managed to get a partial refund of £60 to cover the costs of a new controller and power cable.

    Already have a controller and cables so £400ish all in.
